Brinkman Real Estate has promoted Easton Enge to Director of Pursuit and Transaction Management. Enge’s background includes extensive work in financial analysis for real estate investments, including work for brokerage firms, financial institutions and private real estate companies.
As Brinkman Real Estate’s Director of Pursuit and Transaction Management, Enge will lead the transaction management, due diligence, and refinance processes from identification through closing. He will play a key role in business plan formation and execution, as well as monitoring the capital markets to determine an asset’s strategy throughout the investment horizon.
Enge holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance & Development from Georgetown University.
