A major change is coming to downtown Windsor.

The area from Main Street to Colo. 257 will soon become a new pedestrian experience for residents and visitors of Windsor. Brinkman has partnered with the DDA and the Town of Windsor to create a vision for the parcels including activating alleyways with outdoor seating and second access storefronts for businesses. The vision also includes a small park or green space, retail and multifamily properties. The multifamily properties, in particular, will be critical to the DDA’s goal of increasing traffic to downtown Windsor by growing the overall population that live in that area. This facet of the project will not only meet a need in the community but will also serve as an economic catalyst consistently bringing visitors into the transformed downtown district.
