Our History
Brinkman was co-founded in Northern Colorado by brothers Kevin and Paul Brinkman in 2005 as an integrated real estate company offering everything from brokerage to construction management services. In 2016, Brinkman Partners became two companies, Brinkman Real Estate and Brinkman Construction, and we turned our focus to real estate development and acquisitions. Today, Brinkman Real Estate has expanded throughout the Intermountain West and grown to $776 million in deal volume, becoming a top buyer in this region.
