A Colorado-based investment company has acquired its second property in Idaho, this time in Nampa.
Brinkman Real Estate, with offices in Fort Collins and Denver, recently closed on Southside Townhomes at 1010 Southside Boulevard in Nampa, which was built between 2022 and 2023.
The property was purchased at nearly 40% less than other multifamily property transactions in the Treasure Valley, Brinkman reported. The property includes 188 “Class A” units across 36 buildings.
It is the second property the Colorado company has bought in Idaho, with the other property being Addison Springs in Twin Falls. Brinkman’s capital markets team worked with the institutional debt and restructured finance team at CBRE to make the transaction.
