Brinkman Real Estate Sells Arvada’s First Hotel, Refocuses Strategy to Serve Multifamily Investors


Sale supports Brinkman’s targeted approach to high-growth multifamily markets in the Intermountain West

Brinkman Real Estate has completed the sale of the Hilton Garden Inn Arvada, marking a pivotal moment in the firm’s strategy to focus exclusively on multifamily assets. Originally developed in 2017, the hotel was sold to Olympia Hospitality, a nationally recognized hotel investment and management firm. The transaction generated a strong return for investors and will support Brinkman’s continued expansion into multifamily markets across the Intermountain West.

This strategic exit reflects Brinkman’s goal of providing high-performing real estate opportunities tailored to the long-term needs of multifamily investors. The capital will be redeployed into value-add and core-plus apartment communities in high-growth markets, where demand continues to outpace new supply.

The 85,244-square-foot asset includes 139 rooms and features amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness center, pet-friendly accommodations, on-site restaurant (The Garden Grille and Bar), and multiple meeting spaces.

Developed in partnership with the City of Arvada, Arvada Urban Renewal Authority (AURA), Colmena Group, and Renascent Hospitality, the hotel was designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood and contribute to downtown revitalization efforts. Its performance and community impact made it a compelling asset for buyers seeking well-located, high-quality hospitality product.
