Oregon City, OR, [December 3, 2025] — Brinkman Real Estate and Blue Field Capital have jointly acquired Holmes Park Townhomes, a newly constructed 60-unit townhome community located in Oregon City, Oregon, approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Portland.

Completed in 2024, Holmes Park Townhomes features three-level, three-bedroom / three-bathroom residences with modern finishes and direct-access garages. The community is designed to meet increasing renter demand for spacious suburban living with convenient access to the Portland metropolitan area.

Oregon City continues to emerge as a compelling submarket supported by strong in-migration, limited new multifamily supply, and ongoing downtown redevelopment initiatives, driving durable long-term rental demand.
