A new restaurant and taphouse has opened in Fort Collins, becoming the latest addition of The Exchange in Old Town.
After a soft opening last week, Penrose Taphouse & Eatery is officially in business at 216 N. College Ave., according to Gerard Boyle, an operating partner in the venture.
