Other community amenities include car charging stations, outdoor fitness stations and a mail kiosk featuring package management system.
The stylish apartment homes include private balconies with spectacular views, modern flooring, carpeted bedrooms, double kitchen sinks, tiled shower surrounds, quartz countertops and full-sized washers and dryers.
Union Pointe fills a need for a for-rent option for tenants in the Longmont area. With an estimated 21,000 people currently commuting to Longmont from elsewhere along the Front Range, Union Pointe provides commuters a convenient and attainable lifestyle community.
The community benefits from proximity to several K-12 schools, award winning healthcare, retail and several recreational amenities including the Jim Hamm Nature Area, Union Reservoir and Stephen Day Park. Sport courts, skate areas, picnic shelters and a dog park, regional trails and golf are all a few blocks away.
The project was HUD financed through Wells Fargo. The project design and construction team include Kephart Architects, Permontes Group and Shaw Construction.
