Brinkman Partners Names Jay Hardy Senior Vice President of Development


Brinkman Partners is excited to name Jay Hardy as their Senior Vice President of Development. He will lead all aspects of Brinkman’s Development service group and will be an instrumental part of the company’s Leadership Team.

In this role, he will direct efforts in securing development opportunities for Brinkman Partners and successfully navigating them through design, entitlement, construction and delivery. His direction will allow the company to further enhance the Northern Colorado, Boulder County and Metro Denver real estate landscapes through new development.

Jay has 20 years of real estate experience including work with university, private sector, quasi-government and public sector parties. Most recently, Jay served as Vice President – General Manager at McWhinney. While there, he held roles as the General Manager for Centerra, the largest master-planned community in Northern Colorado, and the newly branded North Park community in Broomfield.

Prior to that, Jay served as the first Director of The Ranch & Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Executive Director of the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority and as Director of Marketing for Colorado State University Athletics.

He holds a master’s degree in Sports Administration from University of Northern Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sociology from Colorado State University.

Jay was appointed as Chair Elect by the Governor of Colorado to the State Workforce Development Council and serves on the PVH/MCR Foundation Board and BBVA Compass Bank Northern Colorado Advisory Board. He is currently Co-Chair of the 2015 USA Pro Challenge Committee.
