The Foundry redevelopment project that will remake two and a half blocks of downtown Loveland became official on Friday with the signing of an agreement between the city and the Fort Collins developer, Brinkman.
The project itself already has been underway for months, with the removal of buildings, trees and parking lots and the excavation of a 15-foot-deep, L-shaped space for the underground portion of the parking garage.
