A 100-room hotel, brewpub, restaurants, fitness center and offices will be at the core of Harmony Commons, a new project from Brinkman Partners in southeast Fort Collins.

Brinkman Partners is finalizing leases for a brewpub new to the market, pizza, sandwich and coffee shops, and a hair and nail salon, said president and co-founder Kevin Brinkman. The hotel brand and fitness center are still being negotiated.

Harmony Commons, 9.2 acres on the southwest corner of Harmony Road and Lady Moon Drive, will be the first retail development on the site that is currently part of the larger Harmony Technology Park owned by Michigan-based MAV Development.
