THE FOUNDRY CREAM ALE: A COLLABORATION BETWEEN CROW HOP BREWING AND THE FOUNDRY
Almost two years into a messy, disruptive redevelopment project literally on the doorstep of Crow Hop Brewing in downtown Loveland, one of the brewery’s owners and some of the guys from the construction company decided, over a beer, to do something fun together.
So they set aside a Saturday to brew some beer. The result of that collaborative effort, which will be finished in a couple of weeks, is The Foundry cream ale.
Crow Hop co-founder Dustin Kennard said the brewery at 217 E. Third St. will release the beer on the day that Brinkman Construction celebrates the topping out — the placement of the final structural element — on the parking garage in The Foundry project.
