A new restaurant is on tap for the former Pizza Press space in Old Town’s The Exchange.

Penrose Taphouse & Eatery is set to open late this spring or early this summer at 216 N. College Ave., No. 120. The taphouse and restaurant is also expanding into a vacant suite to its south and will operate out of roughly 6,500 square feet, said Gerard Boyle, an operating partner in the venture.

Penrose Taphouse & Eatery was conceived by the same group of partners that opened DC Oakes Brewhouse and Eatery in southeast Fort Collins in 2017, Boyle said.
