Denver restaurateurs finding opportunity in Fort Collins

The new Old Town Fort Collins shop shaped like a wooden ice cream churn is the latest concept from Denver’s Little Man Ice Cream — the trendy ice cream maker that also has a 28-foot building shaped like a vintage milk can.

“Fort Collins is just a special place,” said Loren Martinez, Little Man Ice Cream director of operations and a Colorado State University graduate. “It’s just a unique place that’s different and unfamiliar, and that’s why I fell in love with it.”
