Loveland will get its downtown parking garage and more.
Loveland City Councilors have approved an agreement with Brinkman Partners to develop two-and-a-half blocks on the south side of downtown Loveland to include a mix of residential and commercial units, a first-run movie theater and a multistory parking garage.
A 7-1 vote late Tuesday cements the deal for the project, which will be known as The Foundry. Council Troy Krenning voted against the deal, and councilor Joan Shaffer was absent.
