Fort Collins developer Brinkman Partners is proposing the first commercial development in Fort Collins’ growing Old Town North neighborhood.
Tucked off Vine Drive just east of North College Avenue, the Jerome Street development would be a combination of commercial and residential construction, although floodplain issues could delay a multifamily aspect of the project.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, is remapping the area’s floodplain in a move that would likely remove the residential tracts from the 100-year floodplain, according to Brinkman’s preliminary application to the city of Fort Collins.
