As part of Brinkman Real Estate’s continued focus on acquisitions in high-growth markets throughout the Intermountain West, they have hired industry expert Jason Decker to lead the asset management function.

Jason brings more than 15 years of experience in direct asset management across various asset types including multi-family, hospitality, office, and retail. His expertise includes leading teams through geographic growth with specific experience across the western United States.

As the Director of Asset Management for Brinkman, Jason provides oversight in all levels of asset performance including day-to-day operations, financial analysis, marketing strategy, renovation/redevelopment, and CapEx execution.

This was a key hire as part of Brinkman’s continued goal of expansion through an aggressive acquisition strategy. Jason will help the company mitigate risk and maximize market value for assets and returns for the company and its investors.

Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
