Almost $25 million of public money is proposed to go toward the downtown revitalization project, The Foundry.
And that doesn’t include another almost $2.2 million proposed subsidy for a new movie theater in downtown Loveland as well as additional fee waivers in the project area.
The Loveland City Council will discuss terms of the agreement for the project that spans from First to Third streets, between Lincoln and Cleveland avenues, with developer Brinkman Partners at its meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at 500 E. Third St.
