Loveland’s Visual Arts Commission Sees Art Installations for The Foundry Parking Garage
Commissioners met Thursday to choose 2 art installations
Five artists shared their ideas for the sides of the Foundry parking structure Thursday at the City of Loveland Visual Arts Commission meeting held at the Rialto Theater Center.
The commission saw six presentations, three to face Lincoln Avenue and three facing Second Street. One artist was chosen to submit proposals for both sides.
For the Second Street installation Volkan Alkanoglu of Cambridge, Mass.; Shan Shan Sheng of San Francisco, Calif.; and James Dihn of Cerritos, Calif., presented.
