A plan to turn an aging block in downtown Fort Collins into a trendy mix of restaurants, retail, offices and a community plaza will get a financial boost from the Downtown Development Authority.
The DDA board of directors on Thursday approved $387,852 in tax increment financing for improvements to the 200 block of North College Avenue. The triangular property, owned by Fort Collins developer Brinkman, is bordered by North College Avenue, and Jefferson and Pine streets.
