Springhill Suites by Marriott is a 66,641 SF upscale hotel featuring a breakfast dining area, 356 SF of meeting space, an indoor pool, fitness center, lobby workstation, market pantry, and guest laundry area. Brinkman acquired this hospitality asset in partnership with Utah-based developer Colmena Group, and serves as part of Brinkman’s long-term strategy in Parker, Colo.

This strategic acquisition by Brinkman and Colmena will help fill a void of hospitality options along Twenty Mile Road in Parker where options are lacking despite increase in demand.
