Plans to redevelop the Mazda dealership in the heart of Midtown Fort Collins are moving ahead with a neighborhood meeting scheduled for June 12.
Fort Collins developer Brinkman plans to raze the existing Spradley Barr Mazda dealership and redevelop it into a four-story hotel, nearly 200 apartments and retail shops at the southwest corner of College Avenue and Drake Road.
The site is on 7 acres bordered by College Avenue on the east, McClelland Drive on the west, Drake Road on the north and Thunderbird Drive on the south. It is across the street from a MAX bus rapid transit stop and property being redeveloped into a new King Soopers grocery store.
