The grab-and-go Rush Bowls — which has locations in Boulder and Denver — plans to open this spring at 3581 E. Harmony Road in the Harmony Commons development.
Rush Bowls serve a smoothie-like product made with fruit, frozen yogurt and acai (a high-nutrient fruit that tastes like a cross between a grape and blueberry).
