As Partner and Chief Acquisitions Officer of Brinkman Real Estate, Brett Silverstein is responsible for overseeing the company’s aggressive acquisitions strategy throughout the Intermountain West region. Silverstein has an extensive background in the real estate industry, including roles in business development, consulting, and asset management with a focus on the multifamily asset class.
As part of Brinkman’s executive leadership team, Brett Silverstein has led the strategy to expand the company’s portfolio into more than 20 new markets throughout the mountain states. In addition to leading the identification and acquisition of dozens of assets, he has also directly and indirectly overseen the asset management of those properties to execute on their business plans.
