Larry Braud serves as the VP of Investments at Brinkman Real Estate, where he is responsible for sourcing and closing new investment opportunities, as well as overseeing asset management for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties across Montana, Northern Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. With extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Larry brings a strong track record in strategic business planning, underwriting, capital planning, construction oversight, and investor reporting. He excels in sourcing and executing new investment opportunities while ensuring operational efficiency and maximization of real estate investment value.
Throughout his career, Larry has led teams in various asset management roles, directing business plans, leasing strategies, capital improvements, and property repositioning efforts across a broad spectrum of real estate assets. His expertise spans a wide range of real estate types, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, where he has successfully navigated complex challenges and achieved exceptional outcomes.
Larry has been instrumental in the redevelopment and repositioning of key properties, overseeing large-scale capital improvements, managing joint venture partnerships, and driving operational excellence through technology implementation and process enhancements. He has a proven ability to integrate both institutional and private capital sources to deliver value to investors and stakeholders alike.
Larry holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. He also earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University.
