Stephanie Ashley serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Brinkman Real Estate, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in integrated marketing across a diverse range of industries. In this role, she oversees the company’s internal operations and comprehensive marketing strategies, including public relations, strategic communication planning, brand development, and content creation. She also produces our podcast, The Brinkman Report, focused on multifamily investing.
Beyond her marketing responsibilities, Stephanie leads critical internal functions, encompassing human resources, information technology, and employee benefits. She is dedicated to cultivating a positive and productive company culture, working collaboratively with teams to develop and implement systems that support business objectives and drive sustained growth. Her efforts ensure that operational practices are aligned with Brinkman Real Estate’s strategic vision, fostering an environment where employees can excel.
Stephanie also plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and internal operations of OneCanopy, Brinkman’s community impact arm. She leverages strategic communications to advance OneCanopy’s mission and drive initiatives that create positive community impact.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from James Madison University and a Master of Arts in Journalism and Technical Communication from Colorado State University.
