An entire block of North College Avenue in downtown Fort Collins is about to be transformed.
Local business representatives and officials formally broke ground in June on The Exchange, which will take up the east side of the 200 block of North College.
“These complicated projects are always years in the making, so we are very excited to be here,” said Kevin Brinkman, co-founder and CEO of Brinkman.
