The change that The Foundry redevelopment project is bringing to downtown Loveland is about to become fully apparent, the developer says.
Beyond just the visual impact that a hotel, two five-story apartment/retail buildings, a 460-space parking garage and a movie theater bring to the area south of Fourth Street, The Foundry’s big change will be about people.
Lots of people.
“It will bring 800 to 1,000 people every day, in perpetuity, regardless of events,” Jay Hardy, president of Brinkman, said of the apartments, hotel and movie theater. “That’s not counting shopping and the restaurants.”
