We’re excited to announce the promotion of Todd Parker to the position of Director of Development. In this role, he will take the lead on executing development projects, while also providing strategic oversight of the development team.

Parker previously served as a Development Manager where he led the teams that planned various community-based projects such as Old Town Flats, Arvada Hilton Garden Inn, Harmony Commons and The Exchange.

In 2010, Parker was hired by Brinkman’s partner company, Brinkman Construction, to lead the Preconstruction Department. Prior to that, he had more than 18 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.

Parker holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska and is a LEED AP certified professional.
