Connor Jones serves as the Acquisitions Manager at Brinkman Real Estate, where he is responsible for sourcing and closing new investment opportunities in key Intermountain West markets. In addition to leading underwriting and financial analysis for new deals, Connor manages broker and seller relationships with VPIs (Vice Presidents of Investments) in each market, ensuring strategic alignment and fostering new opportunities. His duties include conducting initial project feasibility analysis, compiling rent and sale transaction comps, and performing debt scenario analysis in pro forma models. He also conducts scenario and sensitivity analysis on target assets and currently owned properties, ensuring all financial assumptions are accurate and robust.

Connor actively manages the acquisitions pipeline with each VPI and leads pipeline meetings to track progress and adjust strategies. He coordinates tours and travel to target markets and properties with brokers and owners, identifying potential acquisitions and evaluating new market opportunities. He also works with VPIs to create business plans for each acquisition. Additionally, Connor is involved in preparing investor and lender packages, maintaining data integrity for PPM and subscription documents, and assisting with market intel update presentations. He supports the due diligence process, ensures broker commission accuracy, develops cross-functional modeling tools, and performs waterfall and distribution scenario analysis. Connor helps optimize asset revenue and operating strategy while organizing reporting to lenders and capital partners.

A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Connor holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. He has developed strong skills in pro forma modeling, and data analysis, which he honed through internships and academic experience. As Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Pete Yoo executes financial planning and analysis for Brinkman Real Estate’s operating entities and properties, in addition to managing all the accounting related to Brinkman’s portfolio of properties. He is the primary partner responsible for capital markets and debt placement, fostering strategic banking relationships, and managing risk and insurance. He also executes all tax planning for the company, its operating entities, and primary sponsors.

Pete Yoo has spent more than two decades working in real estate accounting across various states, companies, and roles. His vast career includes nearly $4 billion in real estate closings through his positions in Boston, Chicago, and Colorado. Beyond his finance and accounting roles, Pete also has experience in internal operations leadership, including direct management of IT, human resources, and payroll/benefits functions of the company, as well as successfully leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.
