Fuse on Harmony
a Collaborative Workplace Focused on Relationships
Fuse on Harmony creates an environment focused on workplace collaboration and innovation. Creative communal areas include a kitchen/rec room and roll-up garage doors that lead to an outdoor “conference room” with a patio, grilling area and pergola. Convening areas blend a mix of formal conference rooms and informal meeting spaces.
Developed at a time when Class A office space in Fort Collins was scarce, the building filled a void for two major employers in the area.
Fuse on Harmony was built to provide Brinkman employees with a work atmosphere to facilitate strong relationships and work fulfillment that would support the positive impact they are able to have on their families.
The overall design focused on sustainable building and living through the integration of an employee fitness room, environmentally sensitive and low maintenance materials, indoor bike parking, an electric car charging station and increased exterior and interior shading for optimized climate control.
The building’s location within Harmony Technology Park was a conscious choice to help spur other major development within this burgeoning area. Since the opening of Fuse, numerous other employers have relocated to the park, further igniting it as a major business hub in southeast Fort Collins.
