Public/Private Partnership Serves as Catalyst for Downtown Development
The Gallery Flats project was years in the making and proved to be a worthwhile endeavor when the space was 85% leased two weeks after opening. The Gallery Flats gave Loveland residents a vibrant and desirable for-rent housing option embedded in the heart of the downtown area. Brinkman collaborated closely with the City of Loveland to ensure the building fit in the overall plan to rebuild downtown while creating an urban living option for residents. This development was an integral piece of the City’s long-term strategy to increase downtown density and, in turn, the area’s economic vitality.
